[Remote] Technical Solutions Consultant

The role involves troubleshooting reputed company advertising technology issues, managing ticket-based support requests, partnering with clients and internal teams, and translating technical concepts into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for high-value advertising clients through a case/ticketing reputed company
• Investigate ambiguous or reputed company reputed company issues and determine the appropriate technical reputed company to reputed company
• Troubleshoot advertising and business technologies, including Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, SDKs, and tracking technologies
• Diagnose issues involving tracking pixels, API payloads, authorization tokens, integrations, and data flows
• Manage a queue of technical support requests while balancing urgency, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company complexity
• Partner with clients and internal cross-functional teams to isolate technical issues and reputed company successful resolutions
• Translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company, actionable guidance for clients and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, ad technology, technology solutions, technical support, or a reputed company field
• First-hand experience working with advertising platforms, business technologies, or technical integrations

• Ads Manager or comparable advertising platforms
