[Remote] Sales Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Settlement Sales Consultant who will build relationships with personal injury attorneys and their staff. The role focuses on ensuring attorneys are informed about reputed company's services and confident in referring clients for settlement planning and reputed company management support.

Responsibilities

• Works with leadership to reputed company a sales plan, goals, strategies, budget, etc
• Produces new attorney relationship opportunities and corresponding capture plans that ultimately reputed company to the successful reputed company of new and profitable business leads
• Provides reporting and tracking of reputed company of sales leads
• Becomes involved in attorney network organizations to reputed company business opportunities including possibly presenting at conferences
• Maintains good communication with the attorney, reputed company, supervisor, and colleagues reputed company the organization to ensure feedback is communicated and appropriately acted on
• Serves as customer reputed company, listening and understanding the customer issues and problems, providing a solution if possible, and following through on commitments
• Researches, identifies, and executes the opportunities in appropriate market
• Manages company’s resources and promote overall brand awareness
• Maintain accurate reputed company files in the CRM, tracking of relationships, and other databases or files
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance
• At least 6 years of experience with financial planning or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company business sales and profit reputed company
• Advanced analytical skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and disciplines to meet reputed company needs
• Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads under time constraints
