Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst with reputed company OpTime expertise to support perioperative clinical applications and workflows. The role provides analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, project leadership, customer reputed company support, and end-user education for reputed company OpTime and reputed company applications.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high-level analysis and support for mid-complexity reputed company and the EHR applications affected by those initiatives
• reputed company hands-on support, maintenance, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for reputed company OpTime and reputed company perioperative clinical workflows
• Analyze and optimize reputed company OpTime functionality, including surgical case scheduling, perioperative workflows, preference cards, and reputed company application integrations
• reputed company initiatives and reputed company in collaboration with technical, operational, and clinical staff
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and translate customer requirements into feasible application reputed company
• reputed company as the reputed company between customers and support teams to reputed company mid-complexity issues reputed company and effectively
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and follow the service provider/customer chain of accountability that ultimately supports patient care

• Experience configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing reputed company OpTime functionality
• Experience supporting and maintaining electronic health record applications
• Ability to analyze mid-complexity issues and translate customer requirements into practical application solutions
• Experience leading initiatives or reputed company and collaborating across technical, operational, and clinical teams
• Experience developing and delivering end-user education or technology-learning programs
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience
• Associate's degree and 4 years of work experience
• If no degree must have at least 6 years of work experience
