Responsibilities

• Personas, reputed company maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and user flows
• Information architectures, taxonomies, content models, navigation frameworks, and reputed company interaction patterns
• Low-, reputed company-, and high-reputed company wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Experience concepts, reputed company-state visions, and end-to-end customer experience models
• reputed company prototyping and iterative design validation with product, engineering, research, and business teams
• Usability studies, concept-validation plans, feedback sessions, and synthesis of user research findings
• Customer reputed company and experience recommendations based on research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback

Skills
