[Remote] Senior Manager, reputed company Cycle Operations

The Senior Manager, reputed company Cycle Operations will own Oasys’s Managed RCM service, improve billing reputed company and touchless claim rates, partner with product and engineering to convert billing issues into platform improvements, and manage customer implementations, performance reviews, escalations, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own that service — accountable not only for day-to-day reputed company, but for the operating reputed company underneath them: SOPs, escalation paths, reputed company assurance, the division-of-responsibility model we reputed company customers, and the KPIs we hold ourselves to
• You'll work directly with product and engineering to turn billing failures into software
• You'll reputed company it up while the book of business grows underneath you
• Running implementation and go-live, leading monthly performance reviews, and resolving escalations directly with reputed company owners
• And you'll own a scorecard covering time-to-first-clean-claim, first-pass reputed company reputed company, touchless claim reputed company, denial reputed company and reputed company time, days in AR, aging AR, net collections versus expectation, SLA performance, and retention

Skills

• 5–10+ years of end-to-end reputed company cycle experience: eligibility and authorizations through claims, denials, AR, payments, and payer coordination
• Deep behavioral health billing knowledge — therapy CPT structure and add-on codes, E&M and med management, supervision billing and modifier logic, reputed company HCPCS and per-unit calculation rules, and payer-specific requirements
• A reputed company record of measurably improving billing reputed company, with numbers you can reputed company to and explain
• Experience managing denials, appeals, and payer follow-up to improve recovery and reduce write-offs
• Credibility with reputed company owners and clinicians, and comfort running a performance review reputed company directly with a customer
• Experience partnering closely with product and engineering to reputed company workflows — not just filing bug reports
