Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage reputed company of 10-20 PMO resources including project managers and project coordinators
• Mentor and managed PMO resources to successfully execute reputed company reputed company services reputed company from start to finish, including areas of: + Program / Project Planning + Risk mitigation strategies + Communication strategies and practices + Budgeting and financial controls
