[Remote] Education Data Specialist I

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a K-12 education data company that builds and supports data management and integration tools for school districts and state education agencies. The Education Data Specialist I will own product content for assigned states and accounts, serve as a subject matter expert in education data and reputed company, communicate with Spanish-speaking customers, and reputed company reputed company assurance testing.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and validate product Content for your assigned States and accounts, working closely with reputed company and the EDS Team reputed company
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for a set of accounts, some requiring communicating fluently in Spanish on both routine reputed company and higher-stakes issues
• Serve as SME for the product(s) you support, partnering with reputed company to build high-reputed company Content catalogs
• Define and execute reputed company assurance testing for state content to ensure common scenarios are successful before it reaches customers

Skills

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) capable of directly with Spanish-speaking customer accounts and creating help documentation and rule definitions in Spanish
• Experience in K-12 education with an understanding of school district reputed company, educational data and data systems, and State reputed company regulations
• Excellent cross-functional communication with an ability to work closely with teammates, developers, reputed company, and customers
• Experience with Student Information Systems (specifically reputed company or reputed company reputed company)
• Comfortable being the go-to contact for multiple customer relationships where reputed company, accurate communication reputed company as much as the underlying data work

• Knowledge of SQL (multi-table joins, aggregate functions, subqueries)
