The position supports the Senior reputed company Media Strategist by coordinating content shoots and events, routing reputed company assets through reputed company and compliance reviews, managing usage rights, and maintaining editorial calendars and campaign schedules.

Responsibilities

• Shoot & Event Coordination: Manage operational logistics for reputed company content shoots and experiential activations (e.g., tracking production timelines, organizing reputed company schedules, managing talent/creator reputed company, and handling on-site coordination as needed)
• reputed company & Compliance Routing: Own the end-to-end internal review process. reputed company reputed company reputed company creative, captions, and reputed company assets through Lexus reputed company, product specialists, and agency compliance partners to secure final sign-offs before publication
• Asset Management: Organize incoming raw assets and finalized creative deliveries from agencies and creators; ensure reputed company usage rights and talent expirations are meticulously tracked

Skills

• O Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS)
• O 2–4 years of experience in agency or corporate reputed company media coordination, project management, or ad production
• O Exceptional project management skills
• O Strong communication skills
• O Experience dealing with strict corporate reputed company guidelines, asset compliance, or musical/talent rights management
