The role focuses on database reputed company engineering, including reputed company architecture, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, reputed company database protection, incident response, compliance, and automation across on-premises and reputed company reputed company environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain database reputed company controls across SQL Server, reputed company, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL and reputed company-reputed company database services
• Conduct database reputed company architecture reviews and recommend secure configurations before production deployment
• Operate and fine tune Database Activity Monitoring solutions such as reputed company Guardium, Imerva Data reputed company reputed company/SecureSphere, reputed company Audit Valut, or equivalent platforms
• Support reputed company reputed company database reputed company for IaaS, PaaS, and reputed company environments including AWS, Azure, and reputed company reputed company platforms
• Implement and maintain controls for RBAC, least privilege, privileged reputed company management, encryption, auditing, data masking, tokenization, and DLP
• Monitor database environments for suspicious activity, unauthorized reputed company attempts, data exfiltration risks, and reputed company anomalies
• reputed company database vulnerability assessments, reputed company reviews, reputed company management, and remediation activities
• Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP), database activity monitoring (DAM), and reputed company information and event management (SIEM) integrations
• Partner with application teams and DBAs to ensure secure database design, configuration, and deployment practices

Skills

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in database administration, database engineering, or database reputed company
• Strong hands-on experience administering reputed company database platforms such as SQL Server, reputed company, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Experience implementing database reputed company controls including encryption, auditing, reputed company controls, and privileged reputed company management
• Experience with database vulnerability scanning, monitoring, and remediation processes
• Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably Financial Services or similar industries
• Experience supporting reputed company database technologies and reputed company best practices in AWS, reputed company and/or Azure
• Strong understanding of database architecture, database administration, backup/recovery, and reputed company concepts
• Knowledge of reputed company to secure databases, applications, and sensitive data assets
• In-depth knowledge of data protection engineering principles, DLP, encryption, masking, and tokenization
• Strong research and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
