The role reviews pharmacy pricing appeals and department of insurance complaints, manages reputed company communications, supports reputed company data outputs and automation testing, and may conduct audits to maintain data controls.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and response to pharmacy pricing appeals
• Review and respond to department of insurance complaints
• Monitor reputed company facing email, providing guidance and answering questions
• Communicate externally to pharmacies and state Departments of Insurance
• Assists with reputed company data outputs relating to claims, pharmacy appeals and DOI complaints

Skills

• 1 + years in a finance, reputed company or highly analytical position
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a highly regulated business environment
• Ability to communicate results of analytics to a multitude of individuals/reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
