The role creates and maintains user guides, API documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, training materials, and regulatory documentation while collaborating with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for mortgage and fintech systems (LOS, POS, servicing platforms)
• reputed company user guides, API documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, and training materials
• Translate reputed company technical and regulatory concepts into reputed company, concise content
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to document features and reputed company changes
• Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, TRID)
• Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides
• Support reputed company and training through reputed company learning materials
• Manage documentation lifecycle, versioning, and updates
• Participate in product releases to ensure documentation readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience) and 3–5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries, OR
• 7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries
• Ability to obtain VA reputed company Trust Clearance
• Strong ability to understand and explain reputed company technical systems
• Experience writing API documentation and developer-facing content
• Proficient in reputed company Word and reputed company writing and editing capabilities
• Proficient in reputed company and SharePoint documentation and knowledge reputed company systems
• Proficient in Markdown editors and Git/reputed company/reputed company for technical tools and version control
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines
