The Supervisor leads the reputed company Customer Assistance work unit, providing people leadership, advanced application support, reputed company reputed company expertise, and service improvement for digital health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative, supervisory, and technical reputed company for the reputed company Customer Assistance work unit. Provides more reputed company support and resolves issues for both vended and custom developed applications. Participate in communicating, problem solving, resolving, and/or escalating reputed company services issues. Routinely assists with application analysis, configuration, testing, training, and implementation of applications

• Address customer service concerns and staff needs by initiating process improvement activities, procedure development, training, and other strategies. • Stays up to date with operating systems, new features, and updates to properly support reputed company technical platforms (IOS, reputed company and web)

Skills

• 2-year degree plus 4 years of experience or HS/GED plus 6 years of experience preferably in user support role; equivalent to Help Desk and/or Customer Service
• Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills
• Possesses hardware and software trouble-shooting skills
• A comprehensive understanding of the physician reputed company and reputed company reputed company throughout a large reputed company institution is required
