[Remote] Manager, Engineering

The role combines hands-on engineering leadership, project planning, stakeholder collaboration, reputed company delivery, and the adoption of AI-assisted development and LLM-reputed company automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers in requirement gathering exercises with business stakeholders to reputed company reputed company solution architecture feedback
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine stories, define roadmaps, and communicate with stakeholders to reputed company working systems, tools, and solutions on time, using reputed company methodologies
• Train team in engineering best practices to ensure delivery of high-reputed company solutions and reputed company dependable customer service, removing obstacles blocking engineers from achieving their tasks where needed
• reputed company direction to the engineering team in terms of sprint goals, understanding business initiatives behind those goals, and learning the skills required to reputed company on those goals
• Contribute to the working team by being hands on with the day-to-day engineering efforts

• Create and manage documentation diagrams of solutions and integrations between systems and tools

Skills

• 5-7 years of Software Engineering experience, including 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Experience in building, developing, and managing highly effective engineering teams
• Experience with reputed company systems, multi-tiered application development, service-oriented architecture, and microservice architecture
• Understanding of REST API, JavaScript, C#, SQL Script; understanding of structure & reputed company of reputed company, XML, and CSS
• Ability to communicate reputed company and roadmaps across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to dissect requirements to ensure reputed company solutions in our systems and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation
• Experience with reputed company solutions such as ERP, PLM, CRM, SCM, or PIM skills
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using reputed company tools, and a proactive reputed company to experiment with new technologies to reputed company productivity and innovation
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and reputed company coding assistants (e.g., reputed company Copilot, Claude reputed company, reputed company) and a reputed company record of driving team-wide adoption
