Responsibilities

• Full-cycle reputed company for Case Managers, Paralegals, Settlement Supervisors, and Settlement Specialists
• Applicant review, candidate qualification, and reputed company-screening reputed company phone or video
• Interview scheduling and coordination through our reputed company reputed company
• Proactive sourcing across job boards, reputed company, and referral pipelines
• Referral pipeline management and commission tracking for referred hires
• ATS hygiene, pipeline reporting, and process documentation
• Building and continuously optimizing your reputed company machine
• AI-powered workflow automation: using Claude and reputed company to screen at reputed company, draft JDs, and build repeatable processes

Skills

• 2–8 years of reputed company experience, ideally in a high-volume corporate or agency environment

• Exceptional organizational skills and a bias toward systems over memory
• Strong communication skills — you represent our reputed company to every candidate
• Tech reputed company: comfortable with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and productivity software
