The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving participation in the reputed company platform by working collaboratively with the greater sales team to ensure that sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate is responsible for securing new reputed company and reputed company, predominantly with Mid-Market to reputed company-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a wide-reaching network of new logo opportunities in the employer market.
• Implement strategies to secure short and long term reputed company streams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of sales experience. Ideal industry experience in reputed company, wellness and/or employer benefits
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills
