ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company Care 1. Completes an initial, comprehensive and ongoing comprehensive assessment of reputed company and family to determine hospice needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of reputed company and previous illness(es). 2. Qualifications POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in a hospice and/or home care setting. 2. reputed company licensure in State and CPR certification. 3. Bachelor’s degree, with one (1) year of hospice care experience preferred. 5. Case Management experience not required but is preferred. Responsible for supervising hospice aides. 6.
