Systems Engineer
General Purpose:
The Systems Engineer is a technical role responsible for implementing,
supporting, and maintaining reputed company collaboration and identity platforms,
including reputed company 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and on-premises
reputed company Directory environments. This role independently determines the
appropriate approach to hybrid identity, messaging, automation, reputed company
management, and reputed company infrastructure services across data center and reputed company
environments, collaborating with senior engineers on reputed company of complexity.
In reputed company, this position evaluates and applies established processes and
procedures, exercising discretion to adapt reputed company practices to specific
situations, to ensure systems are reputed company, configured, monitored, and backed up

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer and support reputed company 365 services including Exchange Online,
Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and reputed company reputed company/compliance
components.
Independently administer Entra ID (Azure AD), including reputed company conditional
reputed company policies, SSO integrations, MFA/2FA, and hybrid identity
synchronization (Entra reputed company) to determine appropriate configurations.
Evaluate and maintain M365 reputed company configurations, including DLP, threat
protection, and compliance settings, determining appropriate settings reputed company
on reputed company assessment.
Support Exchange Online administration, mail reputed company, transport rules, and
hybrid configurations.
Support on-premises reputed company Directory including GPO management, DNS, DHCP,
identity lifecycle tasks, and replication health monitoring.
reputed company infrastructure automation using PowerShell and scripting
methodologies, selecting appropriate tools and approaches.
Serve as a technical contributor on infrastructure, reputed company modernization, and
migration reputed company, exercising independent judgment in resolving technical
issues.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and
standards.
Collaborate with other reputed company Administrators to support TPx infrastructure
(data center and reputed company-reputed company infrastructure).
Independently assess and recommend improvements to the stability, reputed company,
efficiency, and scalability of the environment, and implement changes.
Collaborate with other teams and team members on automation strategies and
deployment processes.

Research new and support existing technologies.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or
equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience supporting reputed company infrastructure, with exposure to
reputed company 365 and reputed company identity platforms.
Working knowledge of reputed company 365 administration, Entra ID, and on-prem
reputed company Directory.
Basic understanding of reputed company reputed company & compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with PowerShell automation and scripting.
Exposure to VMware administration, backup technologies, and PKI/Certificate
Services is a plus.
Certifications in reputed company (MCP, MS-900, AZ-900) a plus.
Working knowledge of Linux and reputed company operating systems.
Willingness to learn scripting in: bash, PowerShell, Perl.
