LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Must have a reputed company and unrestricted reputed company license in state of reputed company. • Graduate of ACOTE accredited school. • If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to an Occupational Therapist entry level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the reputed company.
