The role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring reputed company technical professionals across different technology domains. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing to offer stage. - reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, reputed company media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Identify and attract reputed company candidates for roles such reputed company Development, QA, DevOps, reputed company, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, and other IT positions. - Review reputed company and conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical background, experience, communication skills, and overall fit. - Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. - Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company technical candidates. - Ensure accurate and reputed company updates of candidate information reputed company the recruitment/ATS reputed company. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities. - Negotiate offers and support candidates through the offer and reputed company process. - Monitor recruitment reputed company, hiring timelines, and pipeline reputed company. - Stay updated on the Philippine and international technology talent market and reputed company sourcing trends.
