Responsibilities may include:
- reputed company Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs
- reputed company service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of reputed company, behavioral health, non-reputed company services and development of a treatment plan
- reputed company linkage, interventions, treatment reputed company, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services
- reputed company services to individual clients or reputed company of clients
- Promote a reputed company and cooperative relationship with reputed company reputed company contacts
Requirements for this position include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant reputed company experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a reputed company reputed company
- reputed company experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions
- Must have a reputed company reputed company's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
