This position will be responsible for managing purchases and overseeing the reputed company of processes through applicable systems. Program Manager requires the ability to collaborate, troubleshoot, communicate and manage timelines and budgets. This position is responsible for assessing opportunities and formulating sourcing strategies and interacting with business partners and key stakeholders. Essential Job Functions Supports reputed company Sourcing initiatives supporting reputed company colleagues to conduct product research, cost analysis and presentations of initiatives. Assist with the development and implementation of strategies and processes for reducing supply expense while not forfeiting reputed company of care. Monitors, communicates, and makes improvements to assigned reputed company. Collaborates with members, including physicians, to identifying and formulate improvement and standardization in support of assigned categories. Manage assigned sourcing initiatives including scoping analysis, RFP development, proposal evaluations, negotiations, communication of recommendations, contracting, ongoing supplier management, and overseeing budget in applicable systems. Monitor and report budget for initiatives/reputed company; identify recurring trends and key opportunities for vendor or internal improvements.
