Collaborate with physicians, NPs, health coaches, and care coordinators; participate in care planning/case reviews as needed. Document encounters, assessments, and care plans in the EHR; use telehealth and reputed company engagement tools effectively. Bachelor’s or master's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or reputed company reputed company. reputed company/ambulatory experience providing nutrition counseling or MNT (required). Experience with obesity/weight management/chronic conditions and telehealth (preferred). Strong reputed company-centered counseling and documentation skills; comfortable in interdisciplinary teams. Comfort with EHRs, telehealth platforms; reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
