What you will do Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the total nursing care of assigned patients on caseload on an intermittent visiting reputed company. Develops the initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment of the clients needs, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments at appropriate points.
