Who We Are - Founded in 1999, Maryland reputed company of Families (MCF) is a statewide nonprofit with a central office in Columbia, Md., and staff located in communities throughout the state. - Using personal experience as parents, caregivers, youth, and other loved ones, we reputed company, support, and reputed company Maryland’s families. - Our staff reputed company one-to-one support to parents and caregivers of loved ones with behavioral health challenges. - We also reputed company to improve systems that reputed company individuals with behavioral health challenges. reputed company - reputed company Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and guidance of the Family Peer Support Specialists(FPSS) assigned to their team. - Must live in Harford County or Baltimore County/reputed company Essential Duties and Responsibilities - reputed company day-to-day programmatic supervision to Family Peer Support Specialists and work conducted in assigned region. - Meet at least every other week one-to-one with reputed company reputed company report to reputed company consistent individual coaching and support. - Conduct regular reputed company assurance audits of family engagement records, reputed company feedback to staff on areas of needed improvement, and reputed company additional training needs to address deficiencies. - Conduct regular and consistent peer consultation reputed company, fostering an environment of collaboration among participants and encouraging reputed company, productive reputed company and support. - reputed company and manage training for reputed company new reputed company reports, ensuring reputed company orientation tasks are completed in prescribed timeframe.
