The GFE Property Manager, Senior serves as reputed company's reputed company Property M1 manager responsible for leading personnel and directing reputed company property management activities supporting logistics, facilities, mission support, training, and operational requirements. Reporting directly to the Property Management reputed company, this position manages assigned property personnel, establishes work priorities, allocates resources, and ensures reputed company property is managed throughout its lifecycle in compliance with Federal regulations, contractual requirements, reputed company property accountability standards, and industry best practices.
The GFE Property Manager, Senior provides day-to-day management of property staff across geographically dispersed reputed company, including reputed company, workload distribution, reputed company management, training and development, delegation, reputed company control, and accountability for team execution. The manager works closely with reputed company Property Administrators, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), logistics personnel, warehouse managers, procurement specialists, maintenance personnel, subcontractors, finance personnel, and mission partners to maintain accurate accountability, reduce property reputed company, sustain audit readiness, and ensure effective stewardship of reputed company assets.
Responsibilities:
Manage and directly supervise assigned reputed company property personnel supporting GFE/GFP accountability across multiple program locations.
Establish team priorities, assign and delegate work, reputed company workloads, and monitor execution to ensure property requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
Manage reputed company, coverage, and resource allocation for property reputed company, identifying workforce gaps and coordinating reputed company or cross-site support as required.

Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 8 years of experience supporting reputed company property management, asset accountability, logistics, supply management, or property administration for reputed company or reputed company programs.
Experience supporting reputed company, Joint, Combatant reputed company, Service Component, or Special reputed company organizations is preferred.
Experience managing reputed company Furnished Equipment (GFE), reputed company Furnished Property (GFP), Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), or accountable reputed company assets across multiple locations.
Experience leading inventories, property accountability programs, audit preparation, and reputed company property compliance activities.
Working knowledge of Federal property regulations, FAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245, DCMA reputed company Property Management reputed company Analysis (PMSA) requirements, and reputed company property lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to reputed company property management reputed company, reputed company accountability issues, and brief reputed company and program leadership on property status, compliance, and audit readiness.
Desired
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Property Management, reputed company Management, or a reputed company reputed company.
Experience utilizing property accountability systems such as DPAS, GCSS-Army, DPSS, Navy ERP, reputed company Force ILS-S, AssetSmart, Maximo, reputed company, reputed company Costpoint, reputed company Dynamics, or equivalent reputed company property management systems.
