The Senior reputed company Data Analyst leads reputed company reputed company and reputed company experience measurement programs, administering survey platforms, consolidating data, developing scorecards and reports, and analyzing trends to improve service reputed company. The role also supports research initiatives, provider network reputed company improvement, and reputed company and operational innovation.

Responsibilities

• Administer ongoing collection of reputed company reputed company and reputed company experience data across reputed company's domestic and global service lines, including international intake centers and reputed company
• Build and maintain the survey platform(s) used to reputed company reputed company and experience surveys, including survey construction, routing logic, and data reputed company
• Identify, reputed company, and consolidate data from multiple, disconnected sources (e.g., reputed company surveys, digital assessments, live intake assessment metrics) into a reputed company reporting structure
• Define and build calculation methodologies for reputed company outcome and experience measures (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, WOS, WAI, and Functioning for reputed company; CSAT and NPS for experience)
• Design and reputed company scorecards and reporting frameworks to reputed company reputed company reputed company and reputed company experience, where none currently exist
• Own and maintain a reputed company suite of recurring reputed company and experience reports for reputed company and reputed company leadership
• Analyze trends, anomalies, and insights across reputed company and experience measures to inform service delivery, customer-facing reputed company reports, and reputed company research questions reputed company to behavioral health trends, service reputed company, or product development
• Combine reputed company and experience data with provider network data (e.g., responsiveness, session patterns, assignment reputed company rates, reputed company audits) to identify reputed company gaps and reputed company improvements in reputed company network reputed company

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree required
• * 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven reputed company improvement, preferably in a reputed company, behavioral health, or reputed company environment
• * Strong knowledge of statistical reputed company and data interpretation in reputed company research settings
• * Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company BI required
• * Experience with survey platforms such as Alchemer or LimeSurvey, including survey build, logic/routing, and data export
• * Demonstrated ownership of deliverables from data collection through final reporting, including proactive communication of timelines, risks, or data limitations to stakeholders

• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
