Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that reputed company with reputed company architecture standards

Skills

• •Experience of working in reputed company EC Payroll
• •Experience as Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in US Payroll implementations and Support
• • Expertise in supporting payroll runs, creating/modifying PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting etc
• • Hands-on experience in executing year end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment
• • In depth understanding of reputed company HR data processes and reporting
• •Understand and reputed company to review ABAP codes from functional perspective
• •Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain (reputed company HR – US PAYROLL) and product (reputed company-HR)
• • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
