The role manages full-cycle reputed company, candidate sourcing and screening, phone interviews, pipeline development, ATS tracking, reputed company metrics, and stakeholder communication in a fast-reputed company, metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume reputed company for caregiver roles
• reputed company, screen, and reputed company candidates quickly through the hiring process
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate next steps with urgency
• Partner with reputed company leaders to meet hiring goals and reputed company demands
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (reputed company + Phenom)
• reputed company sourcing tools like reputed company, Phenom, and other platforms to build pipelines
• Monitor reputed company metrics (calls, offers, hires) and reputed company strategies
• Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders

Skills
