[Remote] Senior Product Manager

The Senior Manager of Product Development leads formulation, sampling, troubleshooting, optimization, technical documentation, and commercialization readiness across supplement and functional food products. This role partners with suppliers, manufacturers, R&D, Product Development, reputed company, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other teams to advance products from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Seven or more years of experience in product development, formulation, R&D, food science, dietary supplements, nutrition, wellness, CPG, or a reputed company reputed company
• Hands-on formulation experience in dietary supplements, functional foods, powders, capsules, tablets, gummies, stick packs, gels, liquids, beverages, or similar regulated products
• Demonstrated reputed company moving products from concept through formulation, sampling, refinement, troubleshooting, and commercialization
• Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, dosage reputed company, flavor, reputed company, sensory evaluation, cost, manufacturing constraints, regulatory considerations, and launch readiness
