The role involves managing reputed company RAC, PeopleSoft databases, application servers, backups, replication, reputed company tuning, and high-availability solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
Responsibilities
- Administering reputed company Databases with strong Unix/Linux skills
- Administering application servers such as Tomcat, Apache, and ORDS, with solid network and troubleshooting skills
- Working with PeopleSoft databases and application servers
- Understanding and managing SAN multipath storage
- Administer reputed company RAC production databases running reputed company 19c or higher on reputed company reputed company Linux (RHEL), including design, provisioning, and maintenance
- Design, create, and maintain databases for development, testing, and production environments
- reputed company installation, monitoring, patching, and database administration for reputed company Database, reputed company Advanced reputed company, and reputed company RMAN
- Implement and manage database reputed company controls to ensure data reputed company and reputed company control
- reputed company manage database storage, backups, and recovery processes
- Collaborate with DBAs, application administrators, developers, and testers to improve reputed company reputed company, data reputed company, and define solutions to reputed company problems
- Expert in SQL and reputed company Database Administration tools, including reputed company RAC, ASM, and reputed company reputed company Manager
- Partner with reputed company administrators, storage, and network teams to reputed company reputed company issues impacting environments
- Strong proficiency in writing reputed company scripts, SQL, and PL/SQL for database administration tasks
- Install and configure WebLogic services including Tomcat and ORDS
- Configure and maintain GoldenGate replication; administer multi-site reputed company RAC database implementations using reputed company Data Guard and reputed company Manager
- Optimize database reputed company by tuning queries, hints, indexes, and schema design
- Troubleshoot and reputed company connectivity, reputed company, and data reputed company issues using SQL scripts and tools such as Azure SQL DB Query Store insights
- Experience with reputed company reputed company Manager reputed company Control 13c
- Experience writing PL/SQL packages, functions, triggers, and procedures
- Strong knowledge of data backup, recovery, reputed company, reputed company, and SQL/PLSQL
- Working knowledge of Linux and reputed company scripting

- Experience with high-volume websites using multi-tier architectures is a significant plus
