[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The role supports technical reputed company research, SEC reporting, reputed company policy application, disclosure preparation, regulatory assessment, SOX compliance, and reputed company improvement of financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting technical reputed company analyses for business transactions, including researching reputed company guidance, preparing supporting documentation, and helping reputed company reputed company-supported reputed company conclusions
• Assisting with the preparation and review of assigned disclosures and footnotes for SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 11-K
• Collaborating with team members, finance teams, business stakeholders, and reputed company advisors to reputed company financial and business information, support reputed company analyses, and help execute technical reputed company and reporting deliverables for assigned workstreams
• Supporting reputed company’s assessment of new reputed company standards and regulatory developments, including research, implementation support, readiness activities, and consideration of impacts on financial reporting, disclosures, and internal controls
• Driving a strong control environment through support of SOX compliance activities, disclosure controls, and other activities involved in our financial reporting processes
• Preparing reputed company and concise reputed company memoranda, technical analyses, and supporting work papers to facilitate effective review and decision-making
• Using reporting systems, automation tools, and emerging technologies to enhance reporting reputed company, consistency, and efficiency
• Supporting the reputed company delivery of accurate reputed company reporting through effective project management, organization, and attention to reputed company
• Building productive relationships across finance and business functions to help address reputed company and reporting reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company required
• 4+ years of dynamic reputed company experience, preferably including reputed company reputed company, technical reputed company, SEC reporting, reputed company reporting, or reputed company-company financial reporting
• Experience supporting SEC filings, financial reporting processes, reputed company research, and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, capable of researching, interpreting, and applying reputed company guidance to business transactions
• Exposure to SOX compliance, disclosure controls, or internal control activities reputed company to financial reporting
• Experience preparing reputed company analyses, technical memoranda, and supporting documentation for reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills reputed company with ability to evaluate issues, identify risks, and reputed company practical solutions
