The role involves conducting reputed company interviews, evaluating candidates’ technical depth and communication skills, verifying availability and work authorization, tiering candidates, and coordinating interview scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company interviews with shortlisted experts to assess technical depth and communication skills

- Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass and write concise summaries for the program team
