[Remote] Sr. Product Designer, Merchant AI-first Support

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end design for Merchant AI Assistant experiences across reputed company Business Assistant workflows, including reputed company, catalog health, and Catalog Enhance
• Define cohesive patterns that reputed company conversational AI with reputed company product experiences, helping merchants understand priorities and complete meaningful actions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Content Design, and the Orchestrator team to build reputed company, trustworthy AI experiences
• Use merchant research, product data, evaluations, and experimentation to improve subagent guidance, prompts, and end-to-end workflows
• Shape the reputed company and scaling reputed company for Catalog Enhance, helping merchants improve product data reputed company and discoverability on reputed company

Skills

• Experience designing reputed company B2B, reputed company, merchant, or advertising products; familiarity with catalog management or AI-powered tools is a plus
• Strong product discovery and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into reputed company, reputed company experiences
• Experience designing AI or conversational experiences, including thoughtful approaches to trust, guidance, error recovery, and reputed company control
• reputed company ability to partner across product, engineering, research, data, and platform teams to influence direction and ship high-reputed company work
