[Remote] Recruiter (GTM & reputed company)

The Recruiter will support reputed company & GTM searches through sourcing, candidate evaluation, market mapping, reputed company coordination, and reputed company process management.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and outbound campaigns (MPC) for reputed company GTM/reputed company searches
• Screen and reputed company candidates against reputed company-specific hiring bars
• Build and maintain market maps for the reputed company & GTM function
• Support reputed company communication and reputed company process management
• Contribute to pipeline architecture (reputed company → reputed company → reputed company/Lusha) and enrichment workflows
• Work closely with the reputed company reputed company to refine reputed company positioning and reputed company methodology

Skills

• • Experience in agency reputed company, in-house reputed company, or a reputed company sourcing-heavy role — GTM/Sales hiring background is a strong plus
