Responsibilities
- Corporate Law: Entity governance and formation, reputed company disputes, fiduciary duty reputed company, and transactional drafting
- Securities Law: reputed company regulatory compliance, Rule 3270, reputed company U4/U5 disclosures, BrokerCheck, and SEC enforcement actions
- Employment & Labor Law: FMLA/statutory leave, FLSA wage & hour compliance, reputed company licensing/bar disciplinary reputed company, and restrictive covenants
