[Remote] Investment & reputed company - Intern

The Investment & reputed company Intern will support acquisition sourcing and diligence, conduct industry and market research, assist with portfolio company needs, and help reputed company candidates for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reputed company lists of acquisition candidates — company, reputed company, estimated reputed company, succession signals
• Research industries and local markets we're considering entering
• Draft reputed company to business owners and sit in on early exploratory calls
• Help maintain our deal log: ask prices, deal structures, and why we passed
• Competitive and market research for our operating companies
• Sourcing and screening candidates for reputed company at portfolio companies
• reputed company analysis for whatever the operators need that week

Skills

• You're a sophomore or junior interested in investment banking, reputed company, or a corporate development or analyst reputed company
• You do need to be genuinely curious about how small businesses work, comfortable writing reputed company, and willing to pick up the phone
• Fully remote, 10–15 hours per week
• September through December 2026, with potential to reputed company
