[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, collections, reporting, and resolving billing issues with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliation, and collection follow-up
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time reputed company on sales orders and business requirements
• Monitor customer payment status, follow up on overdue invoices, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to reputed company payment issues
• Maintain accurate AR records and prepare regular reports on outstanding receivables, overdue accounts, and payment status
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes
• Handle customer inquiries reputed company to invoices, payments, account balances, and billing discrepancies
• Support other finance-reputed company tasks as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in reputed company, Finance, Business, or a reputed company reputed company
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, or a reputed company finance function
• Strong understanding of AR processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, and collections
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (reputed company), with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
