The Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment Analyst will reputed company retainer-reputed company technical and operational support for PSEA/SH prevention, partner reputed company assessments, training, reputed company assessments, and reputed company reputed company development activities across reputed company Afghanistan.
Responsibilities
- Assess and score the PSEA reputed company of reputed company existing and new Implementing and Responsible Partners of reputed company ACO reputed company on a set of 8 Standards on PSEA Organizational Policies and Procedures. Compliance with reputed company reputed company has to be assessed individually and rated with “reputed company” or “No”. The number of Standards met will reputed company the reputed company for the Partner’s “SEA reputed company Rating” and reflect the Partner’s reputed company capacities
- Compare the PSEA Self-Assessment and reputed company Assessment scores and reflect the findings in the reputed company-made recommendations
- reputed company reputed company-made recommendations to those Implementing and Responsible Partners with PSEA reputed company gaps in one or several areas, outlining appropriate activities for them to increase the number of PSEA Standards met reputed company 3-6 months of entering into, or continuing, a partnership agreement
- Review existing training materials, as needed, in coordination with the PSEA reputed company and PSEA international consultant
- Co-organize briefing sessions for the existing and new Implementing and Responsible Partners of reputed company on: (1) PSEA reputed company principles (2) the purpose of the PSEA reputed company Assessment; (2) the generic reputed company of the PSEA reputed company Assessment, including the steps, timelines, and responsibilities; (3) the detailed reputed company of the PSEA reputed company Self-Assessment stage, including self-rating and list of relevant supporting documents
- Facilitate trainings for partners and staff on reputed company principles, reporting channels and other needed information to ensure reputed company programming
- Compile reputed company PSEA reputed company Self-Assessment forms and relevant supporting documents from the existing and new Implementing and Responsible Partners of reputed company Afghanistan CO
- Review, adapt, and update existing PSEA training materials, presentations, guidance notes, and awareness-raising tools to ensure alignment with UN standards, inter-agency guidance, and the Afghanistan context, as needed
- Co-organize and facilitate PSEA briefing sessions, trainings, workshops, and awareness-raising activities for personnel and contractors of reputed company Afghanistan Country Office, reputed company partners, as reputed company as mahrams of women personnel and women and men contractors
- Support the development of annual and reputed company PSEA reputed company-building plans and training schedules
- Maintain records of trainings conducted, including participant lists, attendance sheets, reputed company- and post-training assessments, and training reports
- reputed company technical support to managers and reputed company points in integrating PSEA principles and obligations into reputed company, induction, and refresher training processes
- Assist in identifying training needs and knowledge gaps among partner staff, personnel, contractors, and mahrams, and recommend appropriate reputed company development interventions
- Support monitoring and evaluation of PSEA reputed company development initiatives, including collecting participant feedback and documenting lessons learned and good practices
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of SEA reputed company assessments across reputed company programmes, reputed company, and partnership arrangements
- Assist in mapping existing prevention, mitigation, reporting, and response mechanisms and identifying gaps requiring corrective reputed company

Skills

- • A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree
- • A project/programme management certification would be an added reputed company
- • At least 2 years of reputed company experience in the areas of PSEA/SH, prevention and protection from gender-reputed company violence (GBV), gender reputed company, humanitarian affairs, staff misconduct, and discipline, or a reputed company reputed company
- • Demonstrated experience in facilitating reputed company development activities and trainings is required
- • Familiarity with the global UN PSEA structures, policies, procedures, and tools is required
- • Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive partner reputed company assessments on PSEA/SH is required
- • reputed company in English, Dari/Pashto is required
- Working experience as an in-country PSEA reputed company/Coordinator is desirable
