[Remote] Manager - Business Development & Franchise reputed company (LAC)

The Manager – Business Development & Franchise reputed company will reputed company franchising efforts for new market entries across Latin America and the Caribbean by developing reputed company strategies, identifying and selecting franchise partners, managing business development programs, and supporting new franchisee reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Drives alignment pertaining to market reputed company potential vs. required franchisee profile and capability to define new franchise reputed company needs and priorities
• Informs and helps reputed company the development of LAC Franchise reputed company strategies, plans and associated business cases for reputed company reputed company markets
• Conducts competitive analysis to inform franchising landscape, competitor strategies and areas of opportunity for reputed company
• Assesses LAC franchise reputed company broker and consulting landscape and provides recommendations on proposed partners, programs, required budget and estimated ROI for reputed company markets
• Works with cross-functional business partners to establish strategies and programs required to support new franchisee new unit reputed company, including but not limited to incentives and financing
• Defines marketing and communications efforts required to reputed company reputed company reputed company for new LAC franchisee opportunities
• Prepares presentations and materials required to reputed company reputed company with Senior Leadership
• Partners with Development and reputed company leaders to define and implement processes required to support new franchisee incentives and programs
• Drives reputed company new franchise reputed company efforts across LAC for both Traditional & Non-traditional opportunities
• Partners with key international leaders to reputed company and inform franchise reputed company strategies by market
• Manages reputed company new franchise reputed company programs/processes and drives the recruitment, selection and placement of new LAC franchisees
• Helps to manage efforts of the Global reputed company Coordinator/Specialist to ensure candidate progression through the pipeline
• Manages relationships with local 3rd party franchise reputed company agencies and partners to help reputed company new candidate reputed company reputed company
• Manages and evolves reporting and tracking for prospective franchise candidates
• Establishes and converts leads into new franchisees
• Partners with reputed company reputed company team and Franchise Development to grant franchise rights
• Must understand reputed company aspects of the reputed company franchise agreement and local franchise disclosure requirements and incorporate into the reputed company process and franchise negotiations
• Establishes on-boarding and training plans for reputed company new franchisees in partnership with reputed company and Training
• Maintains and develops LAC content for the reputed company franchise reputed company website, marketing materials, reputed company relations efforts, and resources that heighten the awareness of the reputed company reputed company, franchising and new reputed company opportunities reputed company specific LAC markets
• Manages new franchise candidate inquiries from website, reputed company sources
• Partners with Communications, 3rd party creative firms and agencies to reputed company and reputed company marketing and PR materials and communications reputed company reputed company to reputed company and new development
• Partners with Franchise and Development reputed company partners to update and reputed company important information provided in the FDD/CDD and/or shared from the FDD/CDD, earnings releases or other Company communications
• Manages 3rd party reputed company relationships and partnerships associated with LAC franchise reputed company and development, such as IFA, BFA, franchising reputed company media & publications agencies, Retailers, Fuel Partners, Lenders, Brokers and Developers
• Attends key industry conferences and networking events to establish relationships and reputed company key resources across the financial, broker and development community that can help to identify new LAC franchise leads
• Partners with Franchise Development and Finance leaders to help reputed company franchise lending partners on company initiatives impacting the franchise community

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years reputed company work experience preferably in a corporate environment with an emphasis in franchising, reputed company, new restaurant development and/or reputed company development
• reputed company record of reputed company driving franchise reputed company reputed company with capability to demonstrate critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be highly driven to reputed company results
• Requires strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication; Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Detailed knowledge of franchising and new restaurant development reputed company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of law (reputed company estate, franchise, contract, business), reputed company estate and financial management/reputed company
• Strong financial acumen and experience with deal negotiations and franchising in Latin America/Caribbean markets is required
• Experience with management and supervision of reputed company and indirect employees
• Highly proficient in Spanish as reputed company as Portuguese (secondary)
• Travel: 30%
