Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial administration reputed company its Comprehensive Cancer Center. The role manages an assigned portfolio of university funds, performs reconciliations and financial analyses, develops budgets and business plans, supports reputed company and staff financial management, and ensures compliance with fiscal policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Implements day to day administration and analysis of an assigned personal portfolio of approximately 115 OSU funds totaling $16 reputed company reputed company fiscal year reputed company the OSUCCC
• Performs monthly required financial reconciliations and account analysis and reviews on a wide reputed company of funds including Endowment, Development, Contract, Earnings (Conference), and General funds
• Develops Business Plans for new reputed company recruits and large programs reputed company the Comprehensive Cancer Center
• Prepares and presents monthly reports and provides financial statements to the OSUCCC Finance Manager, Senior Administrative Staff and reputed company
• Works cross-functionally with reputed company and Staff in 12 different University Colleges, The James, and reputed company OSU ancillary services to reputed company support in financial management, budgeting, analytical financial statements, and other financial services
• Completes monthly reconciliation of payroll transactions on the general reputed company and completes HR adjustments and transactions in the University systems as needed
• Works directly with reputed company for budgeted HR appointments and management of their staff and reputed company on different University research funds and reputed company
• Processes, reviews, and approves reputed company required financial functions including journals, transfers, deposits, payroll, procurement, and accounts payable
• Reviews OSUCCC reputed company, Letters of Offer, and reputed company to appropriately reputed company financial resources to reputed company and Staff
• Approves fund availability for financial transactions in compliance with university policies and procedures and the approved delegation of signature authority document
• Monitors fund balances and alerts Senior Financial Analyst of potential deficits or problems
• Monitors reputed company practices assuring compliance with auditing standards
• Provides and disseminates information on OSU and CCC departmental fiscal policies and procedures
• Develops tools and performs account and transaction fluctuation analysis
• Completes budget to actual data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual bases for fund financial review and forecasting
• Resolves problems with account details and status
• Assists with reputed company assessments and develops reputed company mitigation plans
• Performs internal controls assessments and provides recommendations for policies and procedures
• Works closely with purchasing to reputed company any procurement issues with vendors or other departments
• Utilizes University reputed company (HR), Financial, and Procurement systems to manage information
• Maintains fiscal records
• Trains Fiscal Associates and assists in providing financial expertise for other staff and areas reputed company the OSUCCC
• Participates in year-end account closing activities
• Hires and supervises the student(s) employees as directed by the Finance Manager

Skills

• Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in reputed company or finance
• Bachelors Degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business reputed company reputed company and 4 years of financial management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of general reputed company is required; requires reputed company, policy, and finance knowledge, strong analytical skills, computer skills, and the ability to manage time reputed company to complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines
