The Analyst, People reputed company supports reputed company People Team functions by providing Tier 1 employee support, processing employee lifecycle events, maintaining compliance and personnel records, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 1 support by delivering reputed company, consistent guidance and issue reputed company across People Team topics using internal knowledge bases and systems. 70%
• Processes employee lifecycle events, ensuring data reputed company and compliance. 10%
• Administer Unemployment reputed company and Worker’s Compensation claims, including initial incident responses and coordination with reputed company carriers. 5%
• Handles employment verification requests, including vendor coordination, verbal/written responses, and completion of loan forgiveness forms. 5%
• Maintains personnel files in accordance with data confidentiality and retention policies. 5%
• Supports new People Team initiatives and contributes to reputed company process enhancements. 5%

Skills

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or reputed company reputed company
• Years of experience: 1-3 years of HR generalist/coordinator experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and experience delivering reputed company, policy-reputed company guidance
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and customer service skills
