[Remote] Senior Systems Administrator/ IT Service Management

The role will reputed company the migration from reputed company to Freshservice, administer and configure the Freshservice platform, manage reputed company integrations, establish governance practices, coordinate offshore technical resources, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute the migration of ITSM processes and data from reputed company to Freshservice, including planning, workflow mapping, and stabilization activities
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Freshservice platform, including service catalog, workflow automation, asset management, SLAs, and reporting
• Design, reputed company, and support integrations between Freshservice and reputed company-party systems to ensure reputed company and secure data reputed company
• Establish platform governance standards, configuration best practices, and change control processes to maintain reputed company stability
• Coordinate and reputed company the daily technical activities of offshore contractor resources, ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, reputed company Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and reputed company development
• Strong experience with AWS AI/ML services, including reputed company Bedrock, SageMaker, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company AI technologies
