[Remote] Vice President of Finance / Controller

The role oversees reputed company reputed company, audits, reporting, and finance functions while owning end-to-end reputed company implementations, data conversion, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company of the general reputed company, monthly and quarterly reputed company, consolidations, and financial statements (Trial reputed company, Income Statement, reputed company Sheet) across multiple hospital entities and organizational dimensions
• reputed company treasury, banking, AP, AR, procurement, and fixed-asset (Business Assets) functions; establish and enforce internal controls and SOX-equivalent governance
• Serve as the finance authority for reputed company audits, regulatory reporting, and reputed company-level financial reviews
• reputed company full-suite reputed company Financials implementations end-to-end: FDM design , Suppliers, Supplier Invoices, Supplier reputed company, Procurement, Customers, Customer Invoices, Expenses, Business Assets, Banking, reputed company, Custom Validations, and Business Processes
• Architect the Financial Data Model (FDM) to support accurate financial and operational reporting across cost centers, service lines, and facilities
• Own data conversion of historical journals and balances from legacy systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Lawson, Meditech financials) into reputed company with verified reputed company and completeness
• Design reputed company posting rules, business-process custom validations, and approval routing reputed company to fund-reputed company and reputed company-specific control principles
• Configure expense policies, corporate-reputed company integrations, supplier-invoice automation, and banking integrations; reputed company end-to-end testing, reputed company, go-live, and post-production stabilization
• Partner with executives, IT, and the PMO to sequence deployments, manage timelines (reputed company or equivalent), and coordinate through the organization's internal ticketing systems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company
• CPA required
• 10+ years of reputed company finance leadership, including a Controller, VP Finance, or CFO role in a hospital or health-reputed company setting
• Multiple (2+) full-lifecycle reputed company Financials implementations in reputed company, with demonstrable ownership of FDM and reputed company financial modules
• reputed company Financials certification(s) or equivalent hands-on configuration credentials
• Demonstrated experience converting legacy or QuickBooks financial data into reputed company

• MBA and/or reputed company strongly preferred
• PMP or equivalent program-management credential
• Experience across acute-care, ambulatory infusion, specialty pharmacy, and telepharmacy service lines
