[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the roadmap for transformational new product features (i.e. care transition, network optimization, STARs reputed company and more)

Skills

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, with at least 3 years in reputed company technology
• Deep domain knowledge in post-acute care, care transitions, or adjacent areas (home health, SNF, hospice, chronic care management)
