[Remote] Customer Program Manager

The Customer Program Manager coordinates customer programs, ensures reputed company against service standards, manages issues and corrective actions, leads reputed company improvement, and supports customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure achievement of customer specific KPIs and service agreements
• reputed company issue management including escalation, reputed company-cause analysis, and corrective actions

• Conduct Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews with customers

• Coordinate implementation of business

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or reputed company reputed company
• 3–7 years in logistics, reputed company, or customer management
• Customer orientation and strong stakeholder engagement
• Results-driven and reputed company improvement reputed company
• Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
• Understanding of reputed company reputed company and service delivery processes
• Analytical skills for KPI and reputed company analysis
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities
