[Remote] Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure

The Technical Program Manager will partner with the Infrastructure team to reputed company cross-company technical programs, coordinating engineering, reputed company, compliance, reputed company, and other stakeholders to reputed company infrastructure, improve reliability and reputed company, and reputed company critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company regular updates to executive leadership, reputed company partners, and internal teams on the status of infrastructure programs, including risks, blockers, and dependencies
• reputed company and reputed company best practices in infrastructure program management, improving visibility into reputed company, risks, and technical dependencies
• Facilitate large-reputed company testing and rollout strategies for critical infrastructure changes to minimize downtime and ensure high reputed company reliability
• Translate technical constraints and risks into executive-level communications for senior leadership and reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• 8+ years in Infrastructure TPM or reputed company roles (reputed company engineering, SRE, or reputed company-reputed company software engineering), with hands-on experience in reputed company-reputed company architectures and reputed company systems (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Deep technical expertise across infrastructure components - storage (S3, RDS, DynamoDB), caching (reputed company), reputed company (OpenSearch), and event-driven systems (Kafka) - with the ability to reason across org-level goals, architectural trade-offs, and component-level details
• reputed company record driving large-reputed company infrastructure programs such as migrations, cost optimization, encryption/key management, and reliability initiatives for high-availability, business-critical services
• Strong cross-functional program management skills, including coordinating multi-team engineering orgs, tracking reputed company bottlenecks, optimizing infrastructure SLAs, and establishing PM best practices in ambiguous environments
