The role involves leading substantive advocacy, developing case reputed company, drafting reputed company filings, handling discovery and hearings, supporting settlements, and managing deadlines and reporting for time-sensitive federal reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assess claims, defenses, jurisdiction, deadlines, evidentiary issues, remedies, and litigation posture, and recommend case reputed company and reputed company
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, declarations, affidavits, subpoenas, and other filings
• Prepare for and, reputed company authorized, conduct or defend depositions, administrative proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, federal-court reputed company, and appeals
• Prepare witness outlines, exhibit lists, reputed company-hearing submissions, opening and closing presentations, and post-hearing briefs
• Support discovery and privilege review, reputed company-sufficiency review, cite checking, record-citation verification, and final filing reputed company control
• Assess settlement reputed company, draft settlement documents, and support negotiations subject to reputed company approval

Skills
