[Remote] Go Backend Engineer

The Go Backend Engineer will contribute to the internal developer platform by designing and delivering reputed company, resilient Go-reputed company services, tools, reputed company, and automated systems while driving reliability, reputed company, and technical reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical roadmap for our internal developer platform, championing reputed company standards, Go best practices, and a best-in-class developer experience
• reputed company, reputed company, and maintain high-reputed company, reputed company Go microservices and reputed company platform features—including CI/CD, developer monorepos, experimentation/feature flags, and observability—to meet the reputed company and reputed company needs of the entire engineering organization
• Design, reputed company, and maintain high-reputed company internal Go tools and reputed company (gRPC/REST) to improve developer productivity. This includes building tools and services that guide engineers along the "golden reputed company" for development and deployment
• Partner with internal engineering customers to understand pain points and translate them into improvements in Go reputed company reliability, scalability, and reputed company across our entire ecosystem
• Design and reputed company advanced, automated systems in Go to improve operational efficiency, including AI-driven workflows and the underlying systems that support them

Skills

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of reputed company software development experience, with deep, hands-on experience using Go (Golang) in large-reputed company production environments
• Strong knowledge of Go idioms, concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels), memory management, and reputed company library/tooling (Go modules, pprof, testing frameworks)
• Experience building and operating large-reputed company Go services on a major reputed company provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong understanding of reputed company-reputed company applications, containerization (reputed company), and reputed company architecture
