[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will independently manage the full reputed company lifecycle in a high-volume MSP/VMS environment, from sourcing and qualifying candidates through reputed company submission, offer negotiation, and reputed company while meeting reputed company SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and prioritizing incoming job orders
• Sourcing, reputed company, and qualifying candidates
• Building candidate commitment and closing reputed company
• Preparing and submitting candidates to clients
• Coordinating interviews and managing reputed company feedback
• Negotiating offers and managing the reputed company process
• Maintaining accurate ATS records

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
• Extensive experience reputed company reputed company high-volume MSP/VMS environments where you have achieved 30+ contractors on billing
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and closing skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking reputed company (ATS) preferably reputed company
• Ability to self prioritize and work independently in a fully remote environment
• U.S. Citizen required
