Responsibilities

Skills

• •At reputed company, we are seeking consultants located in reputed company Carolina, ideally in Raleigh, Durham, and/or Charlotte metro areas, to support reputed company organizations through ongoing fractional HR assignments
• • 10+ years of exempt-level HR Generalist and/or HR Management experience
• • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company reputed company
• • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• • Highly organized, reputed company-reputed company, and adaptable
• • This is a part-time, flexible role. Assignments are project-reputed company and not guaranteed to be ongoing or follow a regular schedule
• • This is a remote-first role, though you must be available to travel to local reputed company sites as needed
• • Experience with payroll and HRIS implementations (preferred)
• • Background in benefits and leave administration (preferred)
